Remembering Mr Warburton's class in 1970-anybody else out there remember it
too? There was Lynn Donovan (my best mate) and a few other folk
-ChristineSharp (who told us the facts of life in the playground), -Leslie Wilkinson, -Mark Croasdale(crowy),- Michael Ward,-Adele Newton (who were on the 'Canary
Isles' table with me and Geoffery Cheeseman).I think Lynn fancied Geoffery Cheesman as she always used to swing her chair back to talk to him.
Then there was Jimmy Simpkins who lifted up Denise Freestons skirt and Mr Warburton had to give us all a talk from a ladybird book on the birds and the bees. That was a good lesson.
Somebody put their front teeth into someone’s forehead that year as well but I can't remember who.
I'll never forget the art lesson on the journey to the bottom of the milk bottle-that was nearly as good as the birds and the bees although Christine Sharps’ was the best lesson-the one in the playground.
